Neat, nifty, and remarkably nice (although I dislike the word), these stylish sunglasses are classic wayfarer style, with brown/yellow frames and what I believe to be polarised - and are certainly extremely good - lenses (polaroid lenses first became commercially available in the 1930s, but became truly popular around 30 years later).
These sun-specs, though, are not only polarised but also hinged: at the nose piece, and at the side 'elbows', as well as where you'd expect; so they fold up to the size of one lens!
No maker's name, as far as I can see, and minimal damage to one lens (which I can see, but was not aware of when I actually had the specs on), and without a case, these are in remarkably good condition for their age, and are not only unique, ccmfortable, useful and flattering, but also a real collector's item!
